Two attested passport-size photographs,
One attested photocopy of your National Identity Card,

Apply for IDL in Islamabad at Citizen Facilitation Center G11. To apply, you need following documents:

a copy of driving license issued by Islamabad Traffic Police,
Two passport size photographs,

Proof of residence in Islamabad, obtained from the post office.
A stamp of Rs 30 and a medical certificate (for persons aged 50 years or above) are required.
